Harry has over 30 years of successful business development, sales, Corporate Executive, marketing and operational leadership experience. His vast experience working in both large and small business environments, provides his clients with a wealth of strategy and tactical resources that focus on goals and execution.
In January 2011- April 2013, Harry was the Regional Sales Manager for US Bank. More than financing. Harry's mission was to create custom programs and true partnerships with the Office Technology partners in his assigned geography.Since his and US Banks success is dependent on yours, his goal is to supply you with solutions for growth, then execute strategies for efficiencies, competitive advantage and profit!
Prior to joining US Bank, Harry was Managing Director for Buyers Lab, where he developed and scaled the Buyers Alliance consulting services concept. Buyers Laboratory Inc. (BLI)- is the premier lab for independent testing and product analysis for the document imaging industry. Buyers Lab, for almost 50 years, has been the most credible source for global competitive intelligence- allowing buyers and sellers make informed and profitable business decisions when acquiring document imaging technologies.Mr. Hecht’s 29 years in the Office Imaging Industry provides Buyers Alliance clients with the unbiased guidance and expertise they require to achieve the greatest ROI on their technology investments
Prior to his time with Buyers Laboratory (BLI) Harry was Senior executive with Global Imaging Systems, a Xerox company, where he was General Manager/ CMO for Stewart Business Systems, a $60M Xerox core operating company headquartered in Burlington, New Jersey that sells and services imaging and document management technologies to local and national firms. As a highly accomplished leader and General Manager, Mr. Hecht led Stewart's` 200+ employee, 7 office organization to unprecedented revenue and profit growth. Under his leadership his efforts directly resulted in increasing annual sales from $37M to over $60M over a brief 4.5 year period, while maintaining a 19.7% EBIT and earning the coveted Presidents Award.
Prior to joining Xerox, Harry also spent 23 years of his career as a Senior Executive with Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Ramsey, NJ holding positions of increasing responsibility ending with becoming Senior Vice President, US Sales. Under his leadership, Konica Minolta USA Inc. achieved 12 consecutive years of record revenue growth, MFP unit placements, aftermarket revenue, and profitability. His staff of 63 directly managed and supported the 379 member independent reseller channel; resulting in $425M combined annual revenues, plus a 11% EBIT via the sale of document output device hardware, software, services and consumables.
Harry has been a featured speaker at numerous industry events and is an active member of SCORE 254, the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce, New Jersey Association of School Board Officials, EACUBO, NAEP, American Marketing Association, MPSA, CDIA, COMPTIA, Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) , Photizo MPS Conference and AIIM.
Harry holds a BBA degree from Texas Tech University, with a concentration in business management and marketing. He also is a volunteer with SCORE, Ronald McDonald House Charities , and a former Board Member of Beyond Balance . Harry resides in Medford, New Jersey
